Do not underestimate yourself.

  You are capable of more than you can ever imagine. When life presses in on you the hardest, that is when your breakthrough is near. Press on. Do not stop to think about the work you have to do. Just put yourself on auto-pilot. Hold yourself to a higher standard daily.  Your family, friends and co-workers all look to you for their cues.  Be mindful to lift the vibration in every room you enter. Treat yourself to a higher belief system. Trust and let go.  Greatness is in your DNA.  God don’t make junk. Each day you have a new chance to develop new ideas, reach for new goals and conquer new mountains.  Chase down your dream like it is the last bus of the night. Go get it! You have something special.  You have Greatness within you!!                                

When Life Gets Tough

How do you survive when life gets tough? How do you hang on when you are grieving, lonely or broke? You can only tackle your problems as you would climb a mountain, If you go rock climbing and you get stuck on a ledge, you suddenly focus on the present moment! You forget about the future.  All your effort goes into your next step.  Then your next step. Inch by inch.  Eventually you claw your way out. The same strategy works for everyday life.  When things seem desperate, you fix your focus on the present moment.  You tackle one problem at a time.  You take a step. You get a little confidence and take another step, and another. Eventually you find that the worst is over.  But you can handle one day at a time. And whenever 24 hours is too tough, bite off five minutes at a time.

Leaving is okay!

People leave all the time. But what hurts like hell is when the person who made you feel so special yesterday, makes you feel so unwanted today.   Never express too much love, affection or care to someone, Because it's human tendency to underestimate anything that's free of cost.

⭕️ Mental Fitness

You’ll notice something about most happy people , they've overcome serious setbacks. Happy people sometimes go broke, get sick, get sacked or get dumped! Like everyone, happy people have their problems.  But they have the mental strength to focus on solutions . They have developed “mental fitness” . Mental fitness is like physical fitness .  You strengthen your MUSCLES with exercise.You run uphill.  Gradually you get stronger. It is the same with your thinking. You strengthen your MIND by facing problems . STRUGGLE builds STRENGTH . You don’t get strong by hiding under the bed. You meet life head on. You take some risks. You fail and bounce back. Day by day you gain confidence.  Gradually you build a positive attitude. When life gets rough , remind yourself: “This is making me mentally fit.  I must be getting happier."

⭕️ Definition of I love you.

"l love you" means that I accept you for the person that you are and that I don't wish to change you into someone else. It means that I don't expect perfection from you; just as you don't expect it from me. It means that I'll love you and stand by you even through the worst of times. It means loving you when you’re in a bad mood and to tired to do the things I want. It means loving you when you’re down, not just when you're fun to be with. " I love you" means that I know your deepest secrets if you'll let me and don’t judge you for them, asking in return only that you do not judge me for mine. It means that I care enough to fight for what we have and I love you enough to not to let go. It means thinking of you, dreaming of you, wanting and needing only you, and knowing that you feel the same way for me. There of course is always more. But somethings are just harder to put in words.

⭕️ Life is difficult

This is a great truth, one of the greatest.  The first of the “  Four Noble Truths ” which Buddha taught was “Life is suffering.”   It is a great truth because once we truly  see this truth, we transcend it.  Once we truly know that life is difficult, Once we truly understand and accept it,  then life is no longer difficult.  Life is a series of problems .  Do we want to moan about them or solve them? Do we want to teach our children to solve them?  Discipline  is the basic set of tools  we require to solve life’s problems.  Without discipline, we cannot solve anything. With only some discipline we can solve only some problems.
